Optus Business Centre Gold Coast

I would NOT recommend using the Optus Business centre for your business needs. Walter our case manager never replied to emails, doesnt answer calls. Tells us they are short staffed and cant help us. Optus in general are useless, but when your trying to run a business and your equipment does not work it is very difficult to deal with. And this 'business centre' do not help in any way. Ive asked to make a complaint to their manager before and they refused to give me their information to do so. Very unhappy with our service.

Luke Williams from the Optus Business Team is fantastic, he recently assisted me with getting a technical issue resolved which without Luke's help I don't think the fault would be fixed, he is a credit to Optus. Fantastic service, patience and knowledge

We deal with Austen Hancock and we could not be happier! We have finally got someone intelligent, helpful and proactive to deal directly with. We don't have to go through a call centre like other telephone companies, we deal direct with Austen who works in an office in Bundall and is happy to come to our office to assist.

After trying for a month to get a new mobile and number sorted with Optus directly, I finally went into the Optus Business Centre Gold Coast and they fixed the issue very quickly. Hugely helpful and stuck to their word! Optus would have lost a very long term customer and new business customer if it hadn't been for the team at the Gold Coast Business Centre. Thank you!!
