Dr Frank

Dr Paul Frank is one of the most knowledgeable, attentive and understanding specialists I have ever come across. I have been seeing Dr Frank for many years and wouldn't trade him for the world. He listens, takes considerable time to assess your condition and only treats if necessary. I think he is magic. The staff at Dr Frank's rooms are so lovely. They are always comforting and kind and try to help out as much as they can. I cannot recommend Dr Frank and his team highly enough.

Posting on behalf of my husband who is a patient with Dr Paul Frank. I have been seeing Dr Frank for approximately 6-7 years now (I am a very complex patient that will never be pain free) and from the very first appointment I have been treated with so much care, compassion and understanding. Dr Frank has always worked through all options with me and been very clear and transparent with expectations of treatment outcomes. Dr Frank breaks everything down so we understand exactly what is happening and we never leave with unanswered questions. Dr Frank and the team go above and beyond in all aspects of patient care. Dr Frank has changed mine and my families lives, before seeing him I could barely walk. Now I can enjoy a fulfilled life with my family. Every staff member within the team at Dr Frank's room, reception, Andre & Caitlyn are very welcoming, nurturing, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and understanding (I could rattle off more but you get the idea). I honestly can't put into words how much Dr Frank and his staff have done for me over the years and I can't thank them all enough. Highly recommend Dr Paul Frank to anyone needing pain management.

10/10 - A+ THANK YOU for your breakdown/reply below. (It actually means a lot to gain a better understanding of the practice). Having now been a patient with the Dr Frank clinic, I can ABSOLUTELY say that the care, professionalism and understanding by ALL STAFF outstanding!! (It really is 1st class). I have probably seen over a dozen pain management specialists over my decade plus of chronic pain and I can say that this clinic is easily the best I have visited in the entire state. They have a genuine interest in trying to improve patients health unlike so many places that have the 5-10min visit and onto the next type thing. The reception staff are brilliant and understanding of individual needs. They even had a long open end flat couch in the waiting room for people like myself who find it hard to sit or stand for extended periods - they clearly cater for all types of pain issues. The professionalism carried right through to the initial consult and the joint consult. (Dr O' Deas and Dr Frank were fantastic and very knowledgeable, and I appreciated their holistic approach. As it showed they understood my issues). As I expressed above I have visited many, many, doctors over my life and would place this practice right at the top of my list for anyone in pain. Even people like myself where living on a set income can limit the ability of care due to costs, I would STRONGLY encourage people to attend here over cheaper options. **They absolutely put patients 1st and it's become such a rarity in today's world** So I congratulate them on an amazing business and service to patients I cannot praise them enough and will be back to book in some follow up treatment ideas with Dr O' Deas end of year. Thank you again to all the staff there. The service offered is so much better and patient oriented than any other clinic I have been too and genuinely exceeded my expectations. 10/10

Dr Frank where do i start? Your compassion is so rare to find in these kinds of settings these days. And the knowledge you have is just mind blowing. You have helped me so much with my complex pain issues. You have never let me down and always offered the best treatment as possible. I can not thank you enough for everything you have done for me. Andre you are such a great asset to Dr Frank. You have always gone above and beyond to try and find the best possible solution to certain problems that i have had. So i thank you so much as well. And Belle and the reception staff you ladies are honestly so lovely. It is always refreshing walking into the clinic and being greeted with a nice smile. I want to thank you all so so much for everything you have all done for me so far. If you want care that is above par look no further you will not find better.
