First and last visit here. Received a call on my way to the appointment to get my details while Im driving as I was a new patient. Told them I was literally around the corner and was ten minutes early to do forms but made to feel like I should have completed already online. Didnt feel that welcome on arrival. Completely underwhelmed with health advice and assessment. They also charge for infant appointments which I havent had to pay for at other other practices that dont bulk bill general patients, infants have always been the exception. Walked away from entire experience not feeling good.

Wife attended requiring a mental health care plan as she was dealing with a cancerous tumour in the roof of her mouth,during this time pathology hadnt come back or PET scan results.Before signing off on mental health care DR told her she would benot recognisable after the surgery and would be out of pocket $20000after surgery neither of these things were true her face is beautiful and out of pocket $870.Four days later the same DR had me in tears over another matter.Stay away from this practice,no empathy for patients.

We moved from Melbourne and were looking for a practice that was as good as the one we left behind. After trying a few in the area, we joined the Buderim Medical Centre and have had no reason to look any further. The support and care we have received has been fantastic. Dr Jess has been wonderful and the admin staff are been efficient and friendly. We could not recommend this practice highly enough.

Appalling rude demeanor of the attendant at the desk. Do not go here if you can help it.
