Worst customer service I have EVER encountered. What a bunch of snobs. Tried to follow up via Instagram in case it was a rogue sales assistant. Apparently not. As a tourist it left a bitter taste for the rest of the day. Disgraceful. Pacific fair should take notice.

Some of the worst customer service Ive experienced. Brunette woman has such a horrible attitude. When I commented that a shirt looked too large, she looked me up and down. I then enquired about another shirt and she told me it was cut very small and for the teenagers. It was meant to be a fitted style and who is she to decide who an item is for? I tried it on just to prove the point that it would fit and (detecting the possibility of a sale) she then switched from judgy to faux complimentary. Yuck. For the record, Im a size 10 but it doesnt matter one bit - any woman of any age, size or shape shouldnt be subjected to antiquated mean girl attitudes, especially as customers with money to spend. Do you even want to make a sale or are you just there to try and make women feel horrible? Going by previous reviews you have to wonder. Its 2023. Do better.

Poor customer service from the lady working in store today. Minimal greeting, and no follow up. I was hovering in one spot for a long time wanting to ask about sizes for 2 pieces of clothing that I was interested in. I was unable to get her attention, as she was enthralled in casual conversation with a pair of other shoppers. It was like she was purposely avoiding eye contact with me. I gave up in the end, walked across the Arcade to Flannel, where a lovely lady was more than happy to help me find the size I needed in a couple of dresses I liked.

Very poor customer service from their manager with short brown hair. Did not greet or check in at fittings rooms which is fine I like to shop independently. When I accidentally pulled a shoe string tie detail off the back of a dress I immediately lay it on the counter and took full ownership admitting I tried it on without untying. It was one stitch that had come away so I knew it could be fixed in store quite easily like a button, fabric not torn. Before I could apologise, the manager loudly said it was my fault for not taking care now now the dress is ruined shoving it aside. Having worked in the centre for many years I replied Im sorry? Shocked as I would never say that to a customer. She doubled down on her comment and said shes never seen me before even though Id purchased a top of the same brand very recently from her. The story did not end there after I complained on their Instagram due to no contact form on their website she then went into my place of work and said she would have me fired and do I not know who she is?. Unbelievable she would threaten my employment luckily my employer is kind and did not allow her to do that! If you have an accident in the fitting rooms with one of their items place straight back on the rack!!! Dont give it to this woman, she has no empathy whatsoever and will embarrass you.
