Ally Fashion

Just returned from Ally Fashion in Broadbeach and had as per usual amazing customer service which made me think to leave a review after coming here happily for more than 4 years. I can only laugh about a comment that was written by a person calling the girls 'racist'. Half of the staff members are foreigners/ and so am I. It's easy for some people to yell 'racist' if it doesn't go their way or if they demand something that can not be fulfilled. Don't worry girls, you all are doing amazing. Sadly in retail and many other jobs you have to deal with things like that too.

I would just like to say how happy I was with the customer service at Ally Broadbeach store the girls so friendly , I was greeted with smiles and a hello how are you happy faces . I walked in looking for a outfit I needed to go to dinner in wasnt sure what I wanted the they helped me immensely after them find a few outfits I finally picked the one I wanted and it looked great on I left the store very happy there service was outstanding they really went the extra mile for me and to have such service these days in retail was outstanding and I just want to thank thank them .

Very rude service at Broadbeach walked in while changing and tried to over charge me for clothing and when I mentioned it, dry face continued!! One star only for customer service and they are rude and racists very disrespectful even though we brought a quite few items !!
