Went browsing for some slides on Sunday, was served by the lovely Elain who assisted us. Very professional and helpful, which helped me to happily purchase a pair of super comfy slides. So thankful to have walked in to Bottega Veneta in David Jones and been greeted by Elain, customer service is 10/10.

Absolutely terrible service! I had to travel from far away to get to this store as I received a gift from family which was not suitable for me and I had the included a gift receipt. The staff there said sorry we do not offer refund or gift card, I must exchange for another item of equal or greater value, but honestly I have never seen a brand that is so unattractive to look at and is so overpriced, no wonder they never have any customers in there and once they make a sale they clearly don't want to lose the sale by offering good customer service. I recommend to anyone who is considering going to this store to go elsewhere as their return policies is absolutely terrible. Shop elsewhere like Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Gucci, Prada or anywhere else in the centre, they will have much better looking products and service.
