        Susan is the best sales ever. I was after a pair of shoes for my wife. Susan was the one who helped me find the right color. right size. She absolutely presented her professionality, patience and sound knowledge. It was a great experience.

        Great customer services! ! ! I fall in love with one pair of shoes in ferragamo through the sale Susans Wechat marketing advertisement in her group. And really want it as a birthday gift for myself. I went to PF to try the size but unfortunately theres no size fit me on that time. Susan promised to transfer one from other store for me, so I paid the full amount in store. What surprised me most is that she did sent he shoes to my place! A door to door service. So appreciated! Many thanks to the ferragamo PF team! It is just on time for my birthday!
