Dr. Toby Loch-Wilkinson - Spine Brain Nerve Neurosurgery

I would like to sincerely thank Dr Toby for having my back operation 6 weeks ago. A bit of my back story I had hurt my back 6 years ago and had lost all feeling in my right side going down to my right leg and foot I dealt with severe pain and numbness and was basically pulling my ride side which put strain on my whole body. But Dr Toby really listened to me abs what I had gone through explained exactly what he was going to do anyway that afternoon I had feeling in my right leg all the way down to my foot. Im so very thankful for meeting him and getting him to operate on me. Im still in shock to this day of having movement and my right leg and foot arent in pain anymore and there is absolutely no numbness whatsoever. It has been a very hard 6 years for my husband and 3 boys as I was basically disabled but now I have my life back and want to let everyone know that I highly recommend Dr Toby. He really does care about his patients.

I had a spinal fusion of C-7/T-1 recently, recovery is fairly easy now I'm over the hump. I am happy and feel lucky to be given the opportunity to have had Dr Wilkinson do my surgery at the RWBH, which the staff are also lovely and took great care of me. We met face to face in prep for the impending operation, and he was down to earth, confident without a massive ego, and made me feel heard and comfortable. Dr Wilkinson took the time to be sure I was fully informed and enlightened concerning the "scary to me" procedure, in this relieving my anxiety about the neck surgery. I highly recommend Dr Wilkinson as a top-notch spine, nerve and brain specialist; as well, at being compassionate and understanding of the human condition, and concerns one may have about a procedure. Dr Loch-Wilkinson was incredible. Explained exactly what was going to happen, decided that I needed to be seen ASAP. Although every case is different, for me I was pain free from my spine injury instantly post surgery. A lot of medical people have commented about how clear the stitches are.
