Paid in full for a 15kw battery 5 months ago. Hasn't been installed and no refund as yet. Avoid this company at all costs.

Paid deposit, once paid impossible to contact by phone. They sent an electrican to inspect location prior to the installation. I got the electricians phone number, I phoned the electrican a week after he came and he told me he hadn't been paid for the previous two jobs he had done, and also Skylight wouldn't respond to any correspondence from him. That raised alarm bells with me, so I went to the bank immediately and had them reverse the transaction. The bank credited the deposit back into my account after three weeks.

Stay Clear of this company. Paid deposit in June and now end of November and still nothing. Won't return calls when I have tried to follow up on some sort of installation date. They made it quite clear that the contract said no return deposit and he does not have to install if he chooses not to. I have removed the name of the person I spoke to as they have threatened legal action, but still have not addressed any issues and have said I cancelled the order but cannot offer any proof when queried. I feel strongly that people should be aware of the way they operate

Shonky operators. Dont pay their subcontractors. Dont provide service to their customers. Just another typical Solar Company that rip people off. Zero stars.
