I am currently dealing with Lead Conveying and I felt very painfull, stressful, overall costly and unprofessional way in process of selling our property. Their communication is the worse. So many different people handling emails and they have are not communicating with each other. We had ID check done by their recommended through ZIP ID and report sent to Lead Conveying next day and I notified Lead by saying our ID check is done and the report is sent directly to you. I received an email on Friday evening (5 weeks after ID check done) just before our settlement day on Monday by saying she just found discrepancy in my name in Title and I should contact my previous when we bought land 14 years ago to correct name in the Title or Lead Conveying will charge me $330 extra and still I had to postall required forms, JP affidavits etc to them. It took me five days to sort out Title office things under tremendous stress. Guess what we missed the settlement date and the buyer Lawyer charged me $330 for rearrange settlement date. I called our counsel multiple times and left messages but Never received reply back. I have still lot to mention waiting for my final statement to find out how much mess in there. I definitely NOT recommend Lead Conveying. I give them zero star if I can.

Would never recommend Lead Conveyancing to anyone! Never returned our calls or got back to us throughout the whole process. Got sent a generic letter in an email and when we decided to terminate our contract due to a failed pest inspection we couldnt even get a hold of them to cancel the contract. We had to do it ourselves! Then we were charged just shy of $400 for their professional fee of initial letter which is a generic letter that they just change the names and addresses for each client. Absolutely appalling service, DO NOT use this company!
