Used them for conveying services; be very careful if you are accessing this service in Queensland. There is a very benign looking search called Building Records/Approvals Search that is presented as an optional extra for some silly reason. Its actually as critical as the other essential searches. It checks whether the house received all of its required final occupancy certification. If you dont have this your home insurance could be at risk and you cant (ethically) resell your house until you get it. You will need to get your house certified to current standards and your local council will likely wash their hands. The Conveyancing Professional we used was impossible to get on the phone throughout the process and only sent curt, cookie cutter emails. Follow up emails on this issue went unanswered/ignored. Buyers -particularly first time homebuyers- beware!
