ANZ Branch Queen and Creek Sts

ANZ Bank is trying to liquidate me, despite the fact that ANZ Mobile Lending altered my loan application forms after I signed, without my knowledge. They forged my income, increasing it by 625% above the tax returns I gave them. They reduced my liabilities and expenses down to a quarter. I have lodged a complaint with ASIC. I protested outside ANZ Branches and was on Channel 9. They retaliated with legal action to take my properties. I have tried to negotiate with them but they dont reply. Its been very stressful. I am 64 and have some health issues. Ask for a copy of your loan application form and check for fraud. If they stuff you around lodge a complaint with AFCA. Fraud invalidates the loan contract. Banks are still committing crimes. They only care about profits and treat customers like dirt.

Many bankers are noting to do and no clients, but the person in the reception talks to me to come back 3 hours later. Excuse me.. time is important. Why does people in here if they do not want to see a client.

I used to be impressed with the ANZ Bank. But now, its just staff all doing nothing to help at all. Apparently, anyone who can help is "off site" so you need to wait and wait while someone emails "off site" wherever that is. Very cold attitude to customers and uncaring about what needs to be done. No alternatives offered.

Went to Creek St branch no one available for customer service. Spoke to Mon who said they have no one to serve me or the line up behind me I'm guessing.
