HUGE shout out to the Regional Manager, Area Manager, Store Manager and Staff at DFO Brisbane! Congratulations on opening your new store today!!! Even though things didnt go to plan on opening this morning I was so impressed with you all! I will be back as this is now my go to store! You all went out of your way to make me feel most welcome and I am over the moon with my purchases. I want to give my daughters their jewellery now but they will need to wait till Christmas!

Pleasantly surprised... I went in with the expectation i would not be taken seriously because of my age and that i did not know exactly what i was after. The young sales associate Taylor was more than welcoming and a really refreshing sight to be treated so professionally. I could not find what it was i was after, but she did not care about that. it was truly about helping me find what i really wanted. A Huge 5 Stars! Taylor and Wallace Bishop i will be back!
