99% sure the receptionist picked up and hung up the phone when I initially tried to call to book - can't think of any other reason it would ring and ring, then click like the phone had been picked up, and then disconnect, especially not when I got to holding after ringing straight back. Guess I'll find another doctor then? Can't help but wonder if the other reviews I've seen on multiple mentioning poor behaviour from reception are accurate with that? Can't say that's happened when I've tried to call a doctor before :/

I have been going here for 27 years and finally found a good Dr. Trying to get my medical history? Well I got a brief summary that had the wrong information on a half sheet of paper!

Thank you Clare from the quick pick up of my call to get my little one's appointment for 5-11yrs age group vaccination, highly efficient welcome when we got there earlier, and just as pleasant and lovely face to face as you are on the phone. Ease of accessing an appointment blew me away, I applaud the well executed roll-out of appointments and supply availability for children, to make this happen so quickly while 6 others I called including my GP are still waiting for supplies or calls drop off. Beyond my expectation your service. My child didn't feel a thing and said you were so quick, so lovely she can't wait to come back for her 2nd vaccination in 8weeks! You did that, not me. She's no longer nervous. Thank you!

receptionists are very good Excellent customer service skills My Doctor is genuine and kind And easy to communicate to Highly recommended to anyone looking for a family doctor
