        I called this clinic to make an appointment with a referral and the receptionist rudely told me that in Australia people must go to public system if they can't afford private health insurance...when I tried to explain my situation the receptionist Andrea laughed loudly while I was talking and I felt humiliated and my dignity as a patient trying to be seen by a specialist deeply offended....I was never treated this way before. Totally appalling and disgraceful.
