Dr Richard Muir

I have found Chris to be very helpful and was extremely accommodating when we needed an urgent appointment for my daughter. I found her to be very pleasant. Dr Muir was wonderful with my daughter. He is very knowledgeable, and had a great manner with my daughter who really liked him. I feel confident that we are in very good hands with both Chris & Dr Muir.

Dr Muir is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. He has been there through every step of my son's diagnosis and ongoing treatment, checking in when required. His receptionist Chris is in my opinion a great receptionist, being both a caring person and great 'gatekeeper' highly recommend

Tried to get an app for a second opinion but had to deal with the politics of him not wanting to offer a second opinion because our previous specialist mustve been his mate. Shame that work politics is more important than the health of our child and offering expertise.

We have two boys with Crohn's Disease who have been patients of Dr. Muir for eight years until, sadly, they recently had to move on to young adult specialists. Crohn's Disease is a chronic disorder which impacted our whole family's quality of life and largely robbed our boys of their teenage years. During that very unpleasant period the only beacon of light we felt we could rely upon was Dr. Muir. His professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manner assisted, not only in endeavouring to treat our boys, but also in reassuring distraught parents. The time, trouble and compassion displayed by both Dr. Muir and the wonderful Chris, his receptionist, helped our family through a long and dreadful situation. The overall standard of care has been truly excellent! We simply cannot recommend Dr. Muir and Chris enough.
