        Arrived for booster covid shot, as booked online. They are unable to provide the booster at this time. Would recommend updating your websites. Have previously had a script emailed by a doctor that they could not find. Unlikely to shop here again as it is not convenient.

        Jenny was abrupt and didnt really explain why they they needed to use my Medicare, DOB, contact number and everything else checking in takes care of covid reasons. No other chemist wants so much personal info. Very cluttered store and staff trying to use trolleys in store to stock things sigh loud hassled sighs that you dare stand at their counter (behind the barrier theyve got because of covid) Cheers for being made to feel like youre an inconvenience to dare come into the store.
