        Excellent customer service. The staff are always happy to help. I didn't have a script for a medication and I had run out of tablets. They offered to coordinate with the doctor and offer me a temporary supply so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Will definitely be recommending them and be coming back..

        Just had an interaction with one of the staff member from Pharma Save Casuarina called Laarni_B. I was trying to find out Invictus perfume for my husband and I was standing in the counter but she was not asking me what I need help with as she was not busy at all.When I asked myself for Invictus perfume, she stared at me like I felt was a derogatory look. When I asked for a price for 3 times, then she told me the price. She didn't even bother to answer me. I asked her for the bigger than 50ml one, but she said that it is out of stock which was understandable and I landed up buying that 50ml one for me. When I told my husband about the Invictus after getting out of the store that I bought ,he told me not to buy that and buy the bigger one which was currently out of stock. Then in 5 minutes, I returned back to the store and told her my story. She didn't even bother to smile but giving me the rude look as if I had asked for her kidney. When I was inserting the card for the refund ,I was saying sorry to her for this trouble thrice, but she did not even bother to say "it's okey or no worries".She did not say even one word even after she gave me the refund receipt. I have worked in a retail store for more than 4 years and I know how do we serve the customers. Today when I was a customer and I was treated like this, so many anger and disappointment engulfed me .I would never recommend anyone going to pHarmasave Casuarina one. That was a very bad experience for me. Thanks Sabina
