WOODCUT Premium Engineered Timber Flooring Sydney

I am absolutely devastated with my Woodcut flooring. After just 3 months my entire floor has split cracked and chipped in every single room on every third board. The damage is unbelievably bad. Now after 8 months we are now getting splinters in our $50k flooring. The entire floor needs replacing after just 8 months. Woodcuts will not take any responsibility for the terrible quality and have wiped their hands. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY. I AM ABSOLUTELY HEARTBROKEN.

DO NOT PURCHASE WOODCUT PRODUCTS. The quality and service is an absolute joke. I am absolutely devastated with what we have received from this company. I saved for 5 years to build my dream home and to have a premium quality flooring installed. This did not happen. After the flooring was installed I have had nothing but issues. Every third board has chipped, cracked or buckled within only a matter of months. After complaining for the last 5 months Im now having to go through Fair Trading to try and get this floor replaced or refunded. Do yourself a massive favor and shop elsewhere.

Woodcut have been fantastic to deal with from day 1. The team have been so helpful throughout the selection, measuring and delivery stages of our project. We are so happy with the final result and quality of the floorboards.

A 1 stop shop for amazing timber flooring. Served by the amazing Ana, who is so skilled in her job explaining and advising made our decision making process so much easier. Service and delivery was so efficient.. Highly recommend Woodcut @ Waterloo !!
