        You won't see your deposit back from Z.R or Floorboards online that's for sure take your time and research honest companies. Floorboards Online is also trying to get you to use a Finance company, after so many deposits un-returned, and changing Business names consistently to avoid debts. Please be aware.

        Don't be fooled by the nice shop and initial charming service. Once they get your deposit you'll struggle to get in touch, called 5-10 times a day with no response. Full of empty promises, don't believe a word they say! They delayed our project by 6 weeks by booking install times and never showing up.

        We used floorboards online and spent thousands of dollars on floorboards with them. They also made shutters for us. They were great at the start ,until we ordered more shutters ,paid $1800 deposit and that was over a year ago. I have rung them , emailed them. No response what so ever. Floorboards have also lifted and we sort advise from another company that said it was the glue. They promised everything and delivered nothing. Very disappointing.
