        Waited 1.52 mins during a crisis. Had to end the call because I was waiting on the line. Called again today, and the guy I was speaking to literally hung up on me, when im having a really hard time. Thank you for your amazing service "lifeline"

        Admirable organisation. Humans talking to humans and doing their best answering to people in crisis (that can take very different shapes depending on each individual), at that specific moment when they need it. Of course, it's a human service, and nothing is perfect. But the volunteers give their precious time just to be there for someone in need, to listen to them, to hear them out because no-one else may be there for them at that point in time. Just that is already exceptional...

        Bad really specially during lockdown corona just stay home working from home make their lazy to talk i guess , when they talked with the sleepy voice and just a be listener not really give a advice they look really wanna hang up as soon as possible i dont get how this works seriously
