I would say this centre has an excellent customer service. All staff are very polite, respectful and helpful. Lovely people. The only drawback is they charge high for their services. I would still give them a 5 star!

I've been seeing Professor Martin & his team since infancy. Great professionals who care. Great with kids. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm glad to have met Dr. Frank Martin with a severe medical condition of eye. He was a very experienced opthamologist. He's a good listener and his treatment helped me to quickly recover from bad eye. Thank you.......SOS team you are all so friendly and supportive.

I am so incredibly grateful for the care that my daughter has received at every stage of her treatment at Sydney Ophthalmic Specialists. In my very first phone call, I was so kindly accommodated by reception and given a last minute cancellation appointment. When we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth by reception, as we were at every stage of our dealings, with all staff. The gratitude I feel for the level of care provided by Dr Jones is immense. His manner was confident, calm and immediately reassuring. This care was carried through to our daughter's surgery and particularly her post operative care. Our daughter had a short procedure for a condition that was not serious, but impacted her quality of life. After her surgery, Dr Jones took the time to sit down and throughly explain how it went and what to expect post operatively. His generosity of time left us with the feeling that he truly cared about the surgery and outcome. It was necessary for us to contact Dr Jones following the surgery and he could not have been more gracious and reassuring, despite all the communication occurring after hours. I feel very lucky that my daughter was so well looked after by the entire team at Sydney Ophthalmic Specialists. Thank you!
