I had Lasik & Mono vision laser at PersonalEYES Sydney in March 2023 and had the most amazing experience with Dr C. Bala and his team. My experience from a consult to all the way through to the surgery/post surgery have been wonderful. Dr Bala & his team are extremely professional and thorough with their work, to ensure they provide you with the best outcome tailored to your eyes. I was super nervous going in to surgery, but Dr Bala helped keep me calm and did a great job - by the time I got home and had a nap I was feeling a lot better and by mid morning the next day I had achieved 20/15 vision! All staff along the journey were super helpful and kind - thank you!
