I have been under the care of Dr. Steven Vo for some time now, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his exceptional service and genuine approach to patient care. I've been a customer at this practice for 7 years, and it's been my go-to choice. However, I had a bit of a negative experience today with one of the male front desk assistants. It all started when I didn't quite understand why the payment amount was different when using my phone to tap instead of a physical card. But then, in front of everyone, including the doctor, he said that if I want to use this service I should realise this is a private practice with its own policies. I don't think that was necessary, it made me feel embarrassed and as if I didn't belong there. The reason I've chosen this practice in the past, and why I don't mind paying the gap fee, is because I genuinely appreciate the doctors here. If I am made to feel unwelcome again I'll have to email the doctor to request that he send all my results to a different practice sothat I can go where staff demonstrate proper curtousy.

Dr Jiew is one of the few altruistic doctors I've ever come across. Highly recommend him if you want to be genuinely cared for and assisted.
