I highly recommend this medical center, the receptionist and all the doctors are very nice people, especially dr. Chandra, he is a good doctor and patiently listening and give me detail explanations.

The infection in my ear canal was misdiagnosed by Dr Dayan Gamage. As the pain remaining in my ear canal I had to go to another doctor to get the correct medicine.

Dr Chandra Wijayaya-Ng is by far the worst doctor I have ever met! He did not take the time to listen to my needs and was not genuinely concerned or cooperative throughout my consultation. After my consultation I felt deeply upset. His unprofessional attitude, and passive aggressive nature in dealing with my difficult matters made the entire consultation feel incredibly uncomfortable. I believe his excessive sighing and eyeball rolling towards me (in my face) over a very simple matter of concern was a trigger for his passive aggressive response, evidently it lead to a trigger for my own anxiety. He definitely owes me an apology. As a human being, I believe he lacks emotional empathy. I felt incredibly undermined and unwelcomed during my consultation with him. Further more, he did not make an effort to apologise for his poor time management, and proceeded to impose a time limit within seconds of sitting down. I felt pressured to get out quickly. With all due respect I was not at fault for arriving on time, I never even complained that my appointment was 20-30 minutes late. Therefore what gives him the right to justify his wrong. I will never return to this clinic again as this entire kerfuffle, has contributed to a very poor impression of this clinic. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere you feel respected. I strongly do not recommend this guy to anyone.

Possibly the best Doctor Ive ever been to. My doctor was Monisha who literally spent every second assigned to me. I was not rushed out and anything I had asked was explained in great detail before I left my appointment. I felt really comfortable with her and informed - Will use this Doctor moving forward.
