        This app is horrendous - the staff are dreadful , the wait times are disgraceful someone is going to get hurt or die if they are able to continue like this - 3 hours on hold for I appointment - even rang a man at account receivable y to ask if they had staff and why we are not being answered - Sonic clinical services own the app and are uncontactable and neglecting people who need to make important medical appointment - please stop using this app - Hot-Docs was much better - The easy visit staff - are gaslighting people because they do not know how to handle their duties ,
