Stephen guided me through some of the darkest years I have ever experienced with compassion, empathy, and support... There were tears, but also a lot of laughs over the last 4 years, and I'm so happy to report my life has done a complete 180 turn with his assistance. Stephen does a wonderful job of listening, helping you reflect on what going on for you, teaching how what's going on for you in the present day has come about and how to make the changes to be the person you'd like to be. It all comes from you if course but he supports you to get there. I am forever grateful for his help.

Spending time in therapy with Stephen these last four months has proved to be a most wonderful gift to myself. Stephen has the ability to create a safe and caring space - for me within the first session. He helped me to understand the connections between early childhood trauma and so to make sense of the challenges and craziness of life nearly 70 Years later. With his insights I am developing more effective life skills and self compassion. I found Stephen to be a very professional, caring and warm hearted therapist and am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.

I started my healing journey with Stephen about three years ago, and from our first session, I instantly knew that Stephen was unlike any other therapist I had encountered before. His care extends beyond the surface - he cares about those who seek his help on a genuine level that is not only rare, but makes all the difference in someone like me, who had avoided truly healing and confronting my inner traumas for a long time. When I had experienced a traumatic loss a year after commencing our sessions, Stephen was there for me every step of the way. His understanding, emotional intelligence, compassion, and patience helped me process my grief when I lacked true support in my life. He has not only saved my life in many ways, but he continues to save the lives of others by being who he is - not only as a professional, but an exceptional human being with the most authentic empathy and sincerity that one can sense upon meeting him.
