        After making the difficult decision to have counselling, I have had such a good experience that I'm annoyed I put it off for as long as I did. Heather is 100% professional - caring, genuine and really makes you feel at ease. Talking to her was incredibly helpful, and I encourage anyone (no matter how small or big your problems may seem) to see Heather. Going to Heather at Intentional Counselling will be an ongoing thing for me. I'm so grateful to have found her.
