Spring Financial Group

We first started getting advice from Spring Financial Group in 2014 and it was the worst decision we ever made. They advised we sell our investment properties that have now increased by 40% to instead buy a unit in super (that they would have got a kick back from) that has now decreased by 15%, so our super is now costing 20K per year to maintain the unit and not growing. Please avoid dealing with this company, have so many deals for kick backs they don't give correct advise.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They spruik property and cost me (literally) hundreds of thousands of dollars selling me a piece of junk when I was young that is still an allbatros around my neck. They will try to sell you a load of insurance you don't need, lie about tax savings to close a deal to meet their quota and will harass you to keep purchasing products. Don't meet them, don't trust them, don't use them. Check out their share price - gives you an indication of how bad they are. MICHAEL PELOSI IS A HIDDEOUS SALES MAN WHO COST MY THOUSANDS.

I would avoid at all costs. I had a new advisor every year which implies there is high staff turnover. I felt very undervalued. They are eager to sell you products in which they get kick backs for and have no interest in your financial well-being. Spring has set me back financially by urging me to change super funds to one of the worst performing funds in Australia. They also advised me to buy 2 off the plan properties which I cannot even refinance because the mortgage is worth more than the property itself. You would be better off reading The barefoot investor. Avoid.

Dealing with Spring Financial has been so positive and helped me sort my finances for the better. Their professionalism and advice has been beneficial in assisting me to make knowledgeable decisions for where I would like to be in the years ahead. I would definitely recommend to make an appointment and seek their help. They give you your options and explain everything thoroughly and then its up to you, this is what I like as I am not told what to do, the decision is left in my court with the tools they have given me. They are there every step of the way to help and make the process very easy and streamlined.
