        As per many other travellers trying to get any money back from this company is impossible. They fob you off and tell you its been refunded when its not and you get nowhere with them. Do yourself a favour and book with anyone else except voyagers. They are dishonest & unprofessional.

        This is the most incompetent, difficult company to deal with. The company charged my credit card for accomodation that had already been paid for. Therefore I have paid twice. I have spent countless hours trying to get my money refunded, been assured it will be refunded, but no money has been returned. I follow up again and this saga continues. I am beyond frustrated! This ordeal has soured an otherwise enjoyable holiday. Furious!

        I don't normally give reviews, but this company has caused me so much stress and frustration. Their online booking system is faulty, so think twice before you give your card details. We have been triple charged of total $2160 two weeks ago, and still not able to get the refund. We have called and emailed but their staff were not competent enough to help. Call centre staff can't proceed any refund as they can't see the payment in their system, and also can't connect us to their accounting team. So they were not able to provide any solution. We'll have to go through fair trading, and hope no one else need to go though the same pain.
