We have been Virgin customers since they have been in Australia. Today I lost all faith in them. We purchased extra legroom tickets to Darwin from Sydney returning via Adelaide 6 months ago with our seats confirmed. As per current situation some flights times had to change. No issue with this. The flight times that they offered didn't suit, to get different times you need to contact their service centre. Upon changing the seats they then tried to get extra money from us stating that we never paid for the seats. As I said to the call centre you can't pay for half the flight when you book and pay for tickets. They would not budge. Another lost customer not that they care.

Called customer service line - be prepared to wait for about 1 hour every time. Worst customer service ever! Spoke to a very rude and unhelpful lady called Deb today 22/04/2021 at 1:40 pm. Don't recommend Virgin to anyone! What a waste of money and time.
