        Very bad developer. First issue lots and after 1 month change mind and increase price. It happened in oxley ridge with me. My builder told that they took back everything as they see the surrounding areas prices are higher.

        Very shoddy developer. They had allocated 4 units of land in Oxley Ridge to Firstyle homes, one of which I was in the process of purchasing. I was going through the motions of the house and land package and was in the tender stage when suddenly BHL withdraws the 4 lots allocated one of which was the one we were buying. In other words this developer gazumped first styles and 4 of us Firstyle costumers suffered, including Firstyle. This should be illegal. So be wary of this developer it's all about the $$$ for them
