Terrible, terrible service - do NOT choose them for the COVID travel test. Promised that the results would be sent in 24 hours but it eventually took 40 hours. Almost missed my flight! Never replied to any of my emails and encountered a rude customer service representative. DO NOT CHOOSE

How can you be closed over the weekend when people are waiting for their covid results? Been waiting since Wednesday! Called Friday they said not ready and now closed over the weekend!?!?!?

You shouldnt use this company for your covid travel test. They promised a result under 48 hours on their website, but this is not guaranteed at all. My partner and I made a PCR test 55 hours before our flight. She had a result but I didnt. I missed my flight and they didnt offer any solution or refund. I know we are all living hard times with that pandemic, but I would have appreciate more consideration and help from them.

I applied for a position and gave an interview with the HR business partner and her colleague. Its been 1.5 months no response. I emailed the talent acquisition team who contacted me for interviewed she didnt even bother to respond. Its general courtesy to let the candidate know whatever the decision is made or not. Im assuming they lacked professionalism in hiring surely they lack professionalism in their normal dealings as well. Glad now Im working for a reputable organisation now.

This company is taking advantage of those wanting to travel to see their loved one by charging extreme amounts for tests. There are plenty of other service providers out there who wont take advantage of you & provide a better service. Avoid at all costs.
