Stayz Pty Ltd - Self Contained Accommodation

I'm a host & list on Stayz. Customer service (based overseas) is awful - if you eventually get through, all they do is read out standard responses, they don't understand how their own system works & have no idea how to resolve problems. If they say they'll get back to you, don't believe it. They won't. Stayz really should be out of business by now. If you're looking for accommodation, by all means use Stayz to research properties, but don't actually book via their system - its not worth the risk. Bad for guests & bad for hosts.

Good organisation to steer well clear of. Totally hopeless. Extremely stressful experience in back and forth emails waiting for them to get the booking right. Many emails unanswered still. Interesting to read some of the other ratings - my sentiments exactly. Would give zero rating if I could. Should have read the terrible reviews on Google before we booked. Hopefully my post will help someone avoid this company lke the plague!

Only allows positive reviews on website. House I stayed in had water leaks, exposed power cables. Stayz just fobbed me off.

We booked accommodation at 607/15 Wyagdon Street, Neutral Bay for three nights. The internet was not working and non of the remotes worked either. The lock box was not functioning and we contacted the letting agent to let them know that we had left the keys in the unit. We were charged another exorbitant fee for a locksmith. Would I stay there again? Definity not!
