They are an Absolute Disgrace!!! My father passed away in April, my retired mother has been waiting for 10mths for transfers. They have lost official documents 4 times, 2 of which were sent Registered post. Have no records of Solicitors calls or follow-ups. Mum has called and been promised action to no avail. So Disappointed and angry that her life has been made a struggle because of this incompetent organization! Disgusting

Mainly provides superannuation retirement advice to NSW public servants. Fees are more reasonable than many private super companies.

I do not usually write negative reviews but the service of this organization is disgraceful. The lack of customer service is absolutely appalling. My grandfather past away late November 2019 and we have only just come to a resolution in January 2021, due to lack of communication and them ''misplacing'' our information. There incompetence to complete a transfer of super was made out to be ridiculously difficult especially for my 83 year old grandmother. My mother, accountant, financial planner and I were all involved to try and get everything resolved for my grandmother. After may months the organization tried to blame us for not sending information when we had all records of documents being sent. The stress and inconsideration for my late grandfather, grandmother and family is disgusting. I would NOT recommend State Super and I would recommend seeking professional support to ensure you receive what your entitled to!
