        Cash is legal tender, but DEFT has stopped allowing this via Australia Post. Not convenient for customer. Convenient for Macquarie. Not all of us bank online.

        The worst payment system one could possibly imagine. Not only did they miss a scheduled direct debit payment rendering us ineligible to vote at an AGM, they suddenly resumed direct debits without authority.

        I had canceled my account, and they still processed $2640 which they were never supposed to and shouldnt of been able to because , on their site it says when you cancel your account, they cancel any PENDING or future transactions, it also says they delete your information. THIS IS NOT THE CASE, i still got charged and then recieved a dishonour fee because of their lies and incompetence. I got promised a $50 deposit into my bank as a gesture of goodwill but this too was a lie. They are a bunch of fraudsters and im reporting them to the ACCC.
