My experience with these people has not been good. They excel at sending out unsolicited junk mail and also very good at ignoring "unsubscribe" requests. If this is the respect they have for prospective customers, I am not surprised they have to stoop to spam campaigns. Reading the below comments, it seems that this mob are far better at harvesting email address's than they are at debt collection. Not surprised.

we have used Professional Collections for several years (+5 years) and have found them to be as their name indicates - "professional" at all times the level of professionalism employed is demonstrated by the fact that clients with viable businesses subject to collection have remained active clients - after successful collection activity by Professional Collections (not what you would generally expect) the results achieved have been excellent, and we have no hesitation to hand files across for collection, as we have total confidence if anything is available to be collected - it will be collected our experience remains when Professional Collections are asked to assist, the client (subject to collection) is left in no doubt you are serious about having your bill paid Professional Collections are an important "partner" with us remaining in business, in these challenging business times
