I love you pet circle!!!! Free next day shipping and affordable products are still amazing quality!!! The fluffy bed I got for my kitten is so soft and fluffy and machine washable and looks just like website image. The waterless shampoo made him smell amazing and the watermelon dog bags are effective. So happy yay superb service ily

Thought I switch from buying Pet food at Petbarn to Pet Circle online to save money and oake my life easier. Well there are no deliveries when Petcicle finally admits that they dont have drivers. Order cancelled after waiting 6 days and checking status being told "today is the day" 5 days in a row!!! Looks like my RECURRING $350 order never left any warehouse at all... UNRELIABLE AND A WASTE OF TIME

Undeniably best service from a pet supply company I have ever received! My cat has severe inflammatory bowel disease and so far there is only one food on the market that she will willingly eat and does not cause vomiting and diarrhoea (Purina Pro Plan Sensitive wet food). Recently I had huge difficulty sourcing this anywhere online or in store - I had even resorted to buying partial boxes from Ebay. I enquired at a nearby pet store if they knew when the supply issues might be resolved - the staff member I spoke told me the manufacterhad just changed the name to "Fussy and Beauty" but kept the formula the same. After researching and noticing the nutritional analysis was different and the line of food they told me had replaced the Sensitive was not reccomended for cats with IBD, I realized this didn't seem right, but did believe them that the Sensitive line was discontinued or at least no longer available as I could not source it anywhere. As a result, i went home and purchased over $100 worth of a different IBD-friendly food from PetCircle in hopes it would be ok for my cat. 3 weeks of intermittent explosive diarrhoea later, along with vet visits, metronidazole and probiotics, I see that the Sensitive line is now available again. It took just one call to PetCircle who credited all my remaining intact boxes of food and put the credit towards the food that I know works for my cat, all shipped in the same afternoon. The best part is they did not ask me to return the unused boxes, instead asking me to donate them to a local animal shelter which is just amazing. The customer service was outstanding, and If I have any questions about future availability or shortages, I know who to contact and trust! Thank you so much!

The products were great. I bought some snuffle mats for my Guinea Pigs so that they have things to do while Im at work. The sales are great to get lots of things. Customer service is quick and responsive and gave me options, and solved my problem quickly. BUT the only downfall is the delivery. While the delivery time is great this morning I get a notification my delivery has been delivered but I had been sitting on my couch for the last 30 minutes and there was no door bell ring, no knock no nothing and it wasnt outside my door or at the security gate outside my building but at the open gate at the front of the complex which is not secure at all and in full sight of the street/people walking by. Its just a little annoying. If auspost and all the other delivery companies I order from can leave it at the security gate of the right building they should too. My last delivery was the same (I thought it was a fluke) and it came on a day I worked. It came around 10 (I work 9-5) and Im thinking its sitting outside one of my doors. I get home thinking someone has stolen it and go to my mailbox to check for a please go to the post office card and there it was just sitting there But my pigs do love the items
