Hi There I have tried calling multiple times and waited over 5 hours on the phoner at all hours yet no one picked up I have also tried social media yet still no help. I had booked the wrong ticket from Sydney to NZ when it should have been from Auckland to Sydney and I have tried to change it not could not get hold of anyone so I had to buy a whole new ticket to fly home yesterday. I did cancel this at the airport at New Zealand Airlines and am wanting to get this ticket refunded pls. Can someone please reach out to me Can someone please get back to me on this Thanks Rich

NZ Airline cancelled my flight 4 hours before flying, then booked another flight after 2 days without my permission (I have flied away)...Hopeless of finding a customer service to talk on line!!!

Im having a very frustrating experience at the Sydney airport with airnz staff (18 Feb 2023). Im traveling with a minor and our flight is at 3:30pm in the afternoon. We arrived at the airport in the morning at about 10am after an overnight train and both of us are very exhausted. Normally we could check in on the app or at the kiosk hours before the flight departure time but for some reason the kiosk did not work this time so we had to visit a counter. After waiting 40mins in line we were told by an airnz staff that checkin only opens 3 hours before flight departure. This is very unusual because Ive been on many flights and the airlines (including air nz) always allowed early checkin. The airnz official website also suggests passengers to arrive early and only emphasises that checkin closes before 2 hours of flight departure - which is what is shown on my app. I approached a second staff member after an hour and they again refused to help. It is very very disappointing that the attitude of airnz staff at Sydney airport has been sub par (similar experiences were shared by some friends of mine). Its the worse airport experience ever. I hope the head office would do something about it because it can really hurt the airnz brand in the long run.
