Need help clarifying a deposit made by Pacific Custodians without proper information accompanying the deposit. Waited good 20 minutes for a response on the phone. Finally it was answered by Brenda. Being rather disappointed with the level of competence and most of all people skills of Brenda's, I requested to be put through to someone else to get to the bottom of the issue. Brenda asked me to wait and that was the end of the conversation as the line went silent and nobody was put on in the next 30 minutes. Really hope that not everyone employed by Pacific Custodians is letting their customers down.
