Very disappointing building experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND. One stars explain everything. Ask for more money maliciously for a fixed price contract, which was signed in the middle of 2020, they issued an invoice of extra $26,500 that covers increased cost of building materials the period of 2020-2021 in February 2022. Tried to negotiate with the builder, didn't go anywhere. Then I involved lawyer in the dispute, Macasa Home wasted all my money on lawyer's bill, interest, and rental by delaying responding or not addressing the issues we raised. Lying about fixing the defects but actually did not. I eventually paid the extra charge for the sake of settling the property ASAP after all the bills from my lawyer (because no payment of extra charge, the builder refuses to hand it over), and came to the stage of getting the defects fixed. I give them a list of defects need to be fixed, they replied with all the defects has been fixed expect this and that. When I return to check, the most of the defects are still not been fixed. I had to sell the house eventually, because every time I step in it, it reminded me how Macasa Home has messed up for me.

Good service with controlled budget. The project manager is really nice with smooth communication and standing on the customer's side.
