First house building is always daunting experience due to of the many unknowns , but constructing with Arcadia is been so flexible and comfortable . Sreekanth and his team are so helpful throughout all the phases with a smooth handover . Quality over quantity is another feature of Arcadia builders when it comes to the overall house finish.Happy with the overall build.

One of the first things that I recall meeting Sreekanth was understanding and accomodative approach with a very positive attitude.. As a first home builder, that was quite comforting. As we progressed with our build, entire team of Arcadia builders were always eager to help. Sree leading from the front tried his level best to steer the conversation in a positive manner with his solution focused mind, be it a last moment change request or a tech issue. While the entire team were at their best behaviourally, we were fortunate that the contract prices were honoured in a market where the prices went up substantially. People say that the journey of building a house (esp if it is gonna be a owner occupied property) is generally quite stressful - but in our case Sree and his entire team went out of their way to take the stree away and at the same time provided is a supremely high quality house - be it structurally or aesthetically. Good team, flexible with ideas, committment to customer service and there is ease of communication while dealing with team. It was wonderful journey dealing with the Builder and more importantly the people.

Building a knockdown rebuild house is always daunting and stressful task for the owners. Need to manage lot of planned and unplanned things during the build process. But thanks to Sreekanth for listening to us, answering all questions, guiding us through the process to choose good combinations. Communication was good and always available to discuss. Thanks to Karthik, our supervisor for doing an excellent job right from the beginning. We are happy with how our house has turned out and it was built on time despite the weather challenges.
