If you need to switch off, get rid of the stress and find a peace within than Pranamoves is the right place to go. The location is very handy as you can come for a yoga over your lunch break and recharge batteries before you go back to the office. Its a little community too which is nice. No need to have previous yoga experience as the teachers will guide you through.

A beautiful, warm studio offering authentic Hatha yoga, catering to all levels and providing a safe space for students to grow in their individual practice. Very pure offerings and intentions from Caitanya, and all teachers, intuitively sensing the needs of each class, and using their holistic approach to yoga to create a full rounded practice (asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, pawanmuktasana, mantras). I had never explored yoga as deeply as when I came to Pranamoves. Thank you for the space, Namaste!

I love the space and the professionalism that they show every time I go there. The teachers and a the teaching style are the best I have ever went to. The space is open and you forget that you're in the city when you enter the room. For myself the holistic approach with the balance of meditation and yoga works so well. They work with what you can do while in various poses and very attentive to any problems you may have.
