        The teachers are of a high calibre and they teach with very precise instructions that are easy to follow. Be prepared for lots of props that may take a little to get used to, but once you do it is well worth it!

        Small group yoga classes that are different from your gym group classes. All props (incl mats) provided. The teachers are attentive and dedicated to yoga and their students.

        Great small yoga school. About 10 students per class so the teacher remember everyone name and be able to pay attention and correct everyone. I had 90 mins class, slow pace but precise and great to have correct position. Good price per lesson as well. Highly recommended.
