Despite faced with the difficult and uncertain COVID situation both our familys house and apartment unit were successfully leased out and continually managed by SY Realty to date. Mr Yang and his team have a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the local market, their service is attentive, honest and kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Whatever your investment objective is I believe your properties will be in very good hands.

Best real estate agency ever. Nothing like the commercial ones Ive dealt with before. SY realty cares about the customer experience and their agents will help you in the most professional way. They will not stop until they find you the best property that matches your financial profile and preferences. I only go to them every time I wanna move houses. Highly recommended. Ask for Du or Roy and you will not be disappointed.

Steer clear of this company at all costs. Real Estate agents have proved time and time again that they do not care about you, only your money. These people are no different and encapsulate everything that's wrong with the industry. We rented an apartment from them in Sydney Olympic Park on a 6 month lease at one of the Australia Towers sister to the famous Opal tower. Everything started off great, we negotiated the price and ran through several months with no issue. Why would it? We are a double income no kids; one doctor and one senior corporate management and we took exquisite care of the apartment as I am a germaphobe and treat it like my own home. Even made several improvements to faulty/missing bits of machinery. The problem came when 30 days before expiry our agent slapped us with a 30% rental increase. They didn't give us the legally required 60 days notice and when we baulked at the huge increase they took advantage of the grey area within 24 hours of the notice, and evicted us immediately (citing only 30 days required for eviction as their loophole). There was to be no negotiation and the hardship it placed on us including my wife who was heavily pregnant at the time was enormous. Still, we complied with the order and organised accomodation as fast as we could while both working very busy jobs often requiring weekend work and late hours. To make matters worse our agent demanded access to the apartment with less than 24 hours notice for viewings. When we asked for a more mutually convenient time we were threatened financially. Upon finally moving the agent coerced us into using their own exorbitant cleaners who then gouged us even more with fees to dredge a pipe which was blocked with hair before we moved in and had asked to be fixed several times. When we refused the money was taken out of our bond. Given weird jekyll/hyde behaviour from their agent we should have taken it to tribunal but given my wife's condition, our lack of time and need for quick back up accomodation; all the stress that came with it made us victims of this very pushy and threatening agency. Very bad written and verbal English from the staff possibly exacerbates their poor people skills. Among the problems are lack of fostering loyalty to and from good tenants, no respect at all, and only desiring fast money. Greed rules with this company. Now we have purchased a house we have no more fear and feel safe and settled to call out this company on the tactics they used to make us feel threatened and stressed and vulnerable.
