0 STAR FOR MANAGER. I visited today for myself and my wifes glasses. I was asking question for the glasses she was not answering back to me and my wife so I felt that I was being ignored. She was ignoring me as if I was not exist. I would never deal with her and I think she is racist. The only reason I and my wife bought glasses was employee Van and optometrist. Van provided fantastic customer service and Optometrist was really helpful and answered my questions in very polite manner. In my opinion Van should be manager. 5 star to Van. If Van was not there then I would never ever enter the shop again.We ended up spending $750 just because of Van and optometrist

Me and my husband went there. The manager was really rude and arrogant. My husband was really polite talking to her but she didnt know how to talk with customer. Manager was ingnoring and not answering question properly. Van provided exceptional service to me and my husband that is the only reason we bought glasses from there and optometrist was also very helpful and polite. If this company wants progress then they must change the manager.

Had a seamless experience getting my eyes checked here. It was very easy to select the glasses I wanted and they have a fantastic selection. The staff were very helpful.
