        I have met Phuong (Julie) Tran about three times for eye test and I consider her a very Professional person. All other staff are friendly and helpful either in person or on the phone. Thank you OPSM for making me a customer who is coming back every two years.

        Unable to book an appointment. - Tried to call - no answer - Tried to book online - wouldn't let me make an appointment as 1st error message said my email address is associated with an existing account. Tried to reset password but 2nd error message says email address doesn't exist. Terrible experience. Will just have to go back to Specsavers.
