I had two properties sold by Lindfield. Shan and Rita were the best sales agents I have worked with. They know the business. They are professional and diligent. They always kept me well informed every step till the property was finally settled.

I recently had a negative experience with a real estate agent that I would like to share. I had been renting a property from this agent for two years, and when it came time to renew the lease, the agent did not renew it but instead increased the rent. This was a huge disappointment as I had invested a lot of time and money into the property over the two years and felt that this move was motivated by greed rather than my best interests. To make matters worse, the agent also tried to charge me an extra $1000 for cleaning services, which I felt was not justifiable. They could not provide adequate evidence to justify the charge, and it felt like an attempt to exploit me financially. This was extremely unprofessional and unethical. The most concerning part of this whole experience, however, was when the agent refused to provide a reference for my tenancy. This will have a negative impact on my future rental applications, and I feel that it is unfair for the agent to tarnish my reputation in this way. Overall, I found the behavior of this real estate agent to be unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. The lack of transparency in their dealings and their lack of empathy for my situation was very disappointing. I would advise anyone considering using this agent to think twice before engaging their services.

Terrible and unprofessional service by these agents!! Worst customer service, terrible with problem solving they dont care about tenants at all once they sign the lease the worst answer I have ever heard (we cant fix the notices, you can move out). Agent Jessica is supposed to be helping tenants having a good experience but sadly has only an interest of getting her job done without an effort to see the real issues in the apartment. This will only affect the land lords and tenants. DISAPPOINTING!!

I am strongly recommended Sam who is rental agent in Linfield property to all the Landlords. He has been helping us manage our property for 3-4 years. He has always been very responsibility, fast respond, good manners. He will follow up every tenant who moves in or out, and make sure no damage and clean in the house. No issue in most of time, even though something small, he won't bothered us. Recently the tenant has issue with us, but under such a busy situation, Sam is still actively following up on my case and communicating and coordinating with the tenant. In times of difficulty, you can see the strength of a person to handle a crisis. We wholeheartedly recommend Sam to landlords looking to rent out properties, he is really reliable.
