Worst property agency to deal with. Their Property Manager Andy Lu never bother to fix the faulty kitchen rangehood ending up the matter went to the NSW Tenancy Tribunal where they got the order to fix it. Right after the tribunal order, the owner put the rent increase and delay the fix just to kick us out. Dodge company, please stay away from them.

In 2021, I rented an apartment through capstone. After the lease expired, they didn't maliciously withhold my bonds. It was very smooth from renting to leaving. Andy received me. It was very good. He would respond to every request

It was a really great rental experience with Bryant! Bryant is a very professional, responsible, and also super kind agent! He processed all my information very quickly and I got the application in one day. Im really appreciate that I can take the apartment which I really like!
