H&R Block Tax Accountants Randwick

I had an awful experience with H&R Block Randwick due to exceptionally poor customer service and a lack of professionalism on the part of the staff. If you are looking for a competent team who are responsive to your communications, I would suggest looking for another firm. After my initial consultation, I requested simple details about how to login to the online portal and the consultant was not able to provide these to me. I was concerned that the consultant was not able to comprehend basic financial documents during our meeting, which he spent eating lunch. After more than one week had lapsed without an update on the status of my return, I contacted the office via phone and email on more than 5 occasions and did not get a response. I eventually only received a response - 13 days after the initial consultation - after I called the H&R Block Head office. I was then asked to provide further information about my return to a different accountant/consultant. Overall it took over three weeks to complete the return and far too much effort on my part to chase up a response from the team. I'm surprised that a multinational firm would tolerate such a poor level of customer service in one of their offices.
